As Global Procurement Manager at Safe Life Group, I lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement transformation across multiple regions. My role focuses on driving efficiency through data analytics, forecasting, and ERP integration, while supporting the establishment of regional Operational Companies. - Achieved nearly 25% cost reduction on contracts of chemical products to supply all facilities across Brazil; - Successfully cataloguing products by cutting 50% of items from master data in order to enhance the efficiency of the ERP system; - Providing ongoing analyses and data reports regarding monetary savings, reduction of Stock, master data of products and suppliers, among others; - In charge of leading meetings and negotiations with suppliers, colleagues and managers (in Portuguese, English and Spanish);

- Project International Buyer, managing goods to meet the schedule of the Petrochemical Complex of Rio de Janeiro (COMPERJ) from Petrobras. - In charge of negotiation and purchases of goods and services with national and international suppliers focusing in cost reduction; - Provide ongoing analyses and data reports regarding purchase orders, delivery processes and transportation costs; - Development of local and international suppliers, for monetary saving, alternative sources, improvement of quality and better capacity to meet the lead time; - Prepare and submit purchase reports on performance measures and discuss what changes are available as necessary.

In charge of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the international cuisine restaurant at Maldron Hotel Smithfield in Dublin Ireland. Exchange Program of work and studies with good relation with people from all walks of life (clients and peers).

Under the responsibility of packaging management, I managed a project to develop smart packaging (cardboard) for exporting automotive air conditioning engines, increasing shipment capacity in 8%, saving up to 12% with shipment cost as well as solving quality issues with international customers. Collaborated directly with the project team to optimize services and efficiency of suppliers and internally (Kanban and lean manufacturing methodology), which presented a significant improvement of the lead time and reduction of certain goods in stock up to 25%. In addition, its improved stock management and minimized ruptures in production lines;
