Thiago Belchior de Oliveira

I have sought to improve my understanding of the pathways responsible for unrestrained cell proliferation. Throughout my career, I became aware that the biology of cancer cells needs to be seen as the integration of different specialties, ranging from basic science – where I am proud to have come from, to the patients' bedside. I currently work as a Medical Manager in oncology at Novartis. I am a Post-Doctor in Cancer Cell Metabolism at Harvard Medical School. Master and PhD from the University of São Paulo with an internship at Université Laval - Québec - Canada. Bachelor in Pharmacy. I have experience in physiology, molecular biology, immunology and cellular metabolism in the context of obesity, diabetes and cancer.
