Volgren designs and manufactures public transport buses of all types (route, articulate, school, charter and double deckers) for close to all states and territories; supplying approximately 60 percent of all route buses in Australia.

Marcopolo is protagonist in the world bus market, a reference in body technology and leader in the Brazilian market. My main responsibilities in this role were: - Coordinating Labor Relations, Payroll, Collective Bargaining - Responsible OH&S - Promoting Leadership Development Programs - Defining KPI's and budgeting - Promoting Cultural Changing based on behaviors & performance. - Building a leadership assessment summary and leadership pipeline of high potential talents.

- Advisory and coordination of financial planning in Brazil; - Providing and interpreting financial information; - Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; - Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; - Responsible for interacting with investors and analysts to provide information about the company, the market, the financial results, competitors and long term strategies; - Assisting with consolidated financial modeling, budget integration, reporting and other financial analysis; - Coordinator of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings; - Responsible for the production of all annual reports, filings, and proxy statements; - Providing comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics;
