• Work close to the Global Logistics teams, deploying global standards and reporting on regular meetings the Key Performance Indicators and Logistics projects status. • Participation on the sales forecast meetings to align quantities for the next 12 months and aftermarket campaigns. • Define standard work and lead MRP controllers’ and Customer Order Managers teams on key activities related to procurement of components and deliveries to final customers. • Monitor new customer orders (EDI) and report demand fluctuations, making analysis with MRP controllers and Customer Order Managers to avoid disruptions in the Supply Chain. • Daily tracking of customers orderbook and backlogs, tracking necessary actions to achieve the planned sales figures according to AOP/Forecast. • Planning of HCs based on short, mid and long-term customers demand + Sales Forecast, supporting Plant Manager on hiring/release of direct labor. • Responsible for the Annual Inventory Counting results (manufacturing plant and Distribution Center) and general stock accuracy, including auditing processes performed by externals (Big Four). • Strong SAP knowledge, foreseen the end-to-end process management, from demand planning to customer invoicing, leveraging SAP modules (MM, WM, PP and SD) for operational improvements. • Designed and configured Material Master Data, MRP, and WM processes, leading to enhanced data accuracy and more efficient inventory management.
