What I loved most was being the trusted person employees came to for clear answers, calm guidance, and quick resolutions. After moving to the U.S., I stepped into healthcare office operations while finishing my Business Administration degree at San José State University (GPA 3.95, Dec 2025). Over four years managing end-to-end operational cycles, resolving complex patient situations, and coordinating high-volume workflows, I learned something that really sticks with me: strong operations and strong HR are inseparable. When processes are clean and people feel supported, everything runs better.
