I teach root cause healing and how to garner sovereignty over your physical, mental, and emotional health through the lens of food, soil and self-awareness as medicine. ‍ I do that through media and online programs that combine algorithmic-based assessments with science-backed food, lifestyle, and supplement protocols to address gut, immune, adrenal, thyroid, and hormonal health and emotionally-related issues. My programs are tailored to the individual and address root cause health issues rather than individual symptoms. We focus on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health and use food as medicine to create lasting change. Our mission is to help as many people as possible to heal and then thrive, while also making a positive impact on the state of our food supply, environment, and health care system.
