• Lead the Electrical assembly team of PEALD & PECVD tool high volume manufacturing line • Supervise and train new technicians to carry out precise and sensitive Electrical and mechanical assemblies of semiconductor equipment • Carry out cross-check for all completed assemblies • Create new check list and test jig for new equipment and assemblies • Make sure correct equipment and assemblies are installed on differently configured tools. • Check Material availability using SAP, and make sure to get maximum output from available resources without compromising the safety of site, and the quality of product. • Hard ware and software installation, carry out final testing and troubleshooting of PEALD tools • Teaching of back end and front end wafer transfer robots • Troubleshoot, raise non-conformance reports and suggest for engineering changes and amendment of electro-mechanical systems • Work closely with design engineers to solve the issues of components and drawing of new generation tools

• Assembly and generic testing on EPI tools • Perform helium leak check on integrated gas systems and purge panels • Carry out electrical and mechanical assembly of EPI tools using schematic and drawings • Supervise and train new technicians to carry out precise and sensitive electrical and mechanical assemblies of semiconductor equipment • Carry out cross-check for all completed assemblies

• Various type of crimping, soldering and making cable assembly base of IPC and ASM standards • Panel wiring of EPI electrical panels • Panel wiring and testing of EPI and ALD tool power cabinets using various type of measuring equipment. • Pneumatic and electro-mechanical assemblies

• Structure Cabling for security and communication systems • Preparing of shop drawings and submission • Installation, Testing, Splicing and Commissioning of fiber optic and network cables • Installation, testing and commissioning of ELV services (CCTV, ACS, PA, TEL, etc.) • Consolidation of site issues • Workman control and coordination • Ensure site progress to meet the deadlines

• Design and drafting for electrical installations jobs • Supervise and coordinate workforce • Quotation and tendering • Troubleshooting and repairing of AAS from HDB flats (Microcontroller based Alert Alarm System)
