I am the Controller/Office Manager for Walker Construction Products. This is a retail company that has four locations, and specializes in supplying the necessary equipment to building contractors with an emphasis on concrete use. However, we do also provide landscape supplies to both contractors and individuals.

Manages audit opportunities, produces audit plans, establishes and develops client relationships, provides training and develops FLEXTECS resources, including International audit development and training. Also coordinates and participates in the testing and development of proprietary and commercial software as it relates to the audit process. Establishes communication procedures as it relates to client/vendor correspondence, reviewing and troubleshooting critical correspondence. Provides overall process analytics in order to identify improvements.

Focus on the review and audit of claims submitted for approval, approval of claims to the client, establishing timelines and procedures with clients for payment of our claims, resolving claim issues with clients and auditors and generally doing what is needed to facilitate payment to APR in a timely fashion. In additon, this position will also focus on auditor management, and evaluate, develop and manage an efficient statement audit initiative.
