Sat one or more days per week with Mrs. Torres’ elderly mother, who had end-stage Alzheimer’s disease. Gave meals, and assisted healthcare attendant. Provided companionship and a listening and caring ear to the mother and Mrs. Torres and family during a stressful and difficult time.

Weekdays, and twice on the weekend, prepared meals and cleaned up afterwards for senior couple. In addition, provided active, caring listening and extra help when needed.

Assisted active duty and retired military members and their families with auto, home, life, and valuable property insurance. Cross-sold USAA products and services according to the needs of the members Developed a deep rapport with members, receiving awards for outstanding customer service.

Starting as a call center representative , I assisted mortgage customers with questions and concerns with their mortgage. Later, as a foreclosure specialist, I worked with attorneys to facilitate the foreclosure process. Awarded a "Service Star" on four occasions for excellent customer service.

My major was Business Law, in order to be more effective in working with attorneys in my job as a Foreclosure Specialist.
