• Develop and manage REDCap-based onboarding systems, working with nursing staff and department managers to capture requirements and ensure new hires meet role-specific health requirements (e.g., immunizations, TB screening, fit testing) prior to start. • Design and maintain systems to track employee and provider health compliance, improving visibility and follow-up, significantly reducing large volumes of outstanding compliance items and bringing most UWMC Montlake employees into compliance within 6 months. • Partner with department managers to enforce employee and provider health compliance, managing communications and follow-up on outstanding requirements. • Coordinate exchange of employee health records with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Employee Health, ensuring timely and accurate documentation to support compliance requirements. •Support nursing staff in using MedHub to manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance workflows. • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Employee Health, coordinating clinic operations, departmental requests, and cross-team communication. • Maintain employee health records, including immunizations, TB, respiratory protection, and influenza compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness. •Maintain and update intranet content and internal documentation to ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance. • Support a targeted exposure tracking initiative in collaboration with Public Health – Seattle & King County, assisting with data tracking, reporting, and follow-up. • Manage clinic supply inventory, ensuring timely ordering and consistent availability of office and clinical materials.
