As assistant director, I play an important role in an organization within a knitting division company, I am also responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of departmental plans and objectives in the short and long term. I work closely with directors to coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, monitor objectives, and provide comprehensive reports. Kahatex, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee relations, supporting organizational development, and ensuring HR policy compliance. Oversees office facilities and asset management, promotes workplace safety and inclusion, and proactively addresses people-related issues to support smooth and compliant operations.

As a Internal (Production & Environment) Auditor at PT. Kahatex since 2018, I ensure that products comply with company quality standards and industry regulations while optimizing raw material and resource efficiency. I provide regular production reports to management and identify environmental risks that may impact operations. Additionally, I prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvement and oversee the implementation of eco-friendly initiatives to enhance sustainability within the company.

As a Lead Data Analyst in a production environment, the role involves managing complex spreadsheets and performing data analysis using Excel functions such as formulas and pivot tables. The analyst is responsible for generating reports from multiple data sources, providing valuable insights to management for better decision-making. By introducing lean manufacturing principles, they help reduce waste and maximize efficiency. Their work includes analyzing production data to monitor output, efficiency, and machine utilization, identifying trends and bottlenecks in the knitting production process, and ensuring optimal performance of knitting machines to minimize downtime. Additionally, they generate reports on production targets, actual performance, and deviations, ensuring that all targets are met within deadlines while effectively allocating resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials.

Led and supervised one production shift within a specific textile processing division, ensuring smooth machine operations, production efficiency, and product quality in line with company targets. Responsible for managing shift manpower, monitoring machine performance, coordinating with planning and quality control teams, and maintaining operational discipline on the production floor. Ensured compliance with safety and operational standards while driving continuous improvements to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

As the Brand & Business Development Coordinator representing the Executive Office, I played a key role in establishing the apparel brand division from its early founding phase. I supported the Director in developing the operational foundation and business growth strategy, including setting up workspace and facilities, procuring equipment, and recruiting the initial core team. In collaboration with the brand leadership, I contributed to strategic discussions on sales approach, pricing, and market positioning while also assisting in exploring business opportunities with retail stores and online marketplaces. In this role, I act as the Director’s liaison to ensure alignment, timely execution, and effective communication between the brand division and top management in driving the brand’s expansion and revenue objectives.
