I have worked for the last 15 years in critical care in tertiary care hospitals around Atlanta. I still love working in critical care but through my own studies surrounding the wellness lifestyle and promoting health through disease avoidance I created my own business titled The Organic South. My heart and passion is to promote a healthy lifestyle through nutrition awareness, toxin avoidance and an integrative approach to medical care that encompasses modern and alternative therapies to encourage natural healing of the body and avoidance of a disease state. One of the primary ways I incorporate wellness into our lives is through food and plant based solutions like essential oils. Essential oils solved many of the problems in our home for general maladies, cleaning green and avoiding toxins.
