I develop, lead, and teach intense Workshops, typically over weekends, about Python and Data Science. Students come from State Street, Tufts, Boston University, Northeastern, and all backgrounds to learn and upgrade their lives---one workshop at a time.

* Grew the engineering team from four to 20 members while also structuring individual career growth, maintaining more than four years of average employee retention, and implementing standards that resulted in an industry-leading defect rate of less than one bug per 1,000 lines of code. * Directed programs focused on optimizing and scaling ML deployments, which included modernizing software to accelerate implementation, expand Edge AI compatibility, and deliver production models to enterprise endpoints at scale. * Oversaw transitions of existing technology products to include AI and ML-enabled functionality and features, significantly increasing product performance and value by eliminating UX issues. * Drove more than $20 million in new revenue at Soroco by defining technical roadmaps for the integration of enterprise software, including Citrix, Microsoft Office, and SAP. * Led efforts to stabilize a data collection product, which decreased operational costs by 10x, while reducing 80% of incoming support tickets, and improving implementation speeds by 50%. * Managed the development of binary patching software to resolve Microsoft bugs preemptively, which eliminated user-reported issues and improved system stability. * Optimized the performance and scalability of custom server hardware for ML workloads by architecting and testing datacenter infrastructure for a Fortune 100 FMCG, a pilot customer for Soroco ML enterprise solutions.

* Led global teams across the APAC and the Americas business regions, overseeing hiring, training, cost management, operational schedules, and all customer-facing support escalations. * Reduced IT overhead by 50% while scaling IT admin and leadership hiring, founding, and growing an operational engineering (SRE) team by 10x, maximizing team capabilities to manage customer engagements with an eight-hour response time SLA. * Architected and deployed global IT infrastructures, including VPN, virus scanning, patching strategy, and device management, leveraging Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure, and Intune platforms. * Drove enterprise compliance programs, achieving SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 1 & 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 certifications across more than 20 global audits. * Developed disaster recovery and BPO plans that leveraged advanced deduplication technology, achieving industry-leading cloud storage costs that were 6x cheaper than top providers at $3 per gigabyte monthly. * Developed and implemented SDLC security protocols, integrating secure code reviews, source audits, static/dynamic analysis processes, and penetration testing, which reduced security defects by approximately 20%. * Introduced system onboarding efficiencies, including technical documentation improvements, and standard practices for software selection, setup, and usage across engineering teams, achieving 50% faster onboarding processes.

I was the main founding member of OpenStack Pittsburgh. I organized many talks and other events. Cloud computing research using introspection techniques to build and enable the next generation of cloud monitoring software.

My thesis topic was , "Agentless Cloud-wide Monitoring of Virtual Disk State," (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~worichte/thesis/). This work enabled the next generation of file-level monitoring in the cloud. It contained a complete proposal and working cloud framework using OpenStack to create a relationship between monitoring tooling (Symantec, McAfee, Splunk, etc.), cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, etc.), and cloud customers (governments, businesses, you, etc.).

Developed a P2P bandwidth sharing platform in Java, Conducted MapReduce distributed systems research, Received multiple Computer Science departmental awards
