Leading the Design & Development Department and Central workshop. Leading the Servicing and Erection teams of Jagenberg Blade Coater, Dryer tail cutter, Aqua troll, Coating Kitchen Tanks, Agitators, Pumps Erection and Piping teams. Responsible for Salvage Rewinder Erection and Commissioning activities. Indigenous Development for Secondary fiber treatment plant Equipment’s and Spares like Rotary Screen basket, Shaft and impellers, Pulper Screen Plate, Shaft, and Impeller. Spares Inspection, Maintaining Records.

Responsible for Mechanical Design & Development and Projects in Rock Phosphate Mine & Beneficiation Plant. Co-Ordinate with Maintenance team for routine maintenance and shut down maintenance activities in mine and Beneficiation plant. Surveying the Plant, Doing Detail Engineering, developing alternatives, Cost estimating, Vendor identifying. Developing reverse engineering drawings for manufacturing of new equipment’s like Vibrating screens (Finger type) both dry & wet end applications, Metallic conveyors, Belt conveyors, slurry pumps spare parts, Cyclone, Centric leaners, Concentrators, Filters, and clarifiers.

Responsible for Design & Development for entire plant and reporting to DGM-Engineering and Vice-President (Operations). Prepared Erection Drawings, Equipment Layout Drawings. Prepared Modification Drawings of Existing Machineries to Improving Stability & Reliability. Prepared Equipment’s List, Equipment data sheet, GA & Part Drawings of Machineries, Equipment’s, and Vessels. Prepared Indigenous drawings for all Rotating & Static Equipment’s spare parts. Co-coordinating with machine erection and commissioning activities. Quality control inspection of spares and materials. Co-ordinate with Fabrication, machine shop for Planning Work Schedule and Execute with Sub-ordinates and Contractors for New Equipment’s Fabrication and Installation

Responsible for Designing & Developing of Pulp & Per mill equipment’s as per requirements. Responsible for Machines Manufacturing by in-house and outside sources, In-house Pre-assembling, and testing of Equipment’s. Modifying or rebuild the for existing machines as per customer specification and recommendation. Managing site erection team. Ensuring quality of erection and commissioning

Responsible for Manpower Planning and execution of allocation, utilization and controlling for each job. Effective utilization of materials and accounting for the scrap. Quality control inspection of finished jobs. Preparing bills, submitting for certification and follow up for payment
