First author of three research papers in peer-reviewed journals and collaborator on a number of other papers on the topic of optical fiber sensing with expertise in designing, troubleshooting and characterization of optical sensing systems, programming, data processing and hardware automation using MATLAB, computer interfacing using LabView and all the standard electronic, optical and optoelectronic lab equipment such oscilloscopes, lasers, OSA's, EDFA's, passive optical fiber devices like filters, polarizers, circulators, transimpedance amplifiers, photodetectors, etc.
