*The primary care of vulnerable children both short term emergency situations and over longer periods. *Providing both practical and emotional support to young person *Supporting the young person, social worker and the school system to ensure integration and re-adjustment during their period of transition. *Attendance at progress and assessment meeting to review and feedback status reports. *Liason with various professional and educational development.

*Support Teachers working with children and special needs students with impaired hearing *Assisting the teachers to engaged the children in their activities, which include both individual and group activities. *One to one support with children on their speech and language programmes as set by their therapist and teachers.

Worked with club members on planning and co-ordinating group activities, acting as a primary point of contact for support on external issues and providing on matters concerning subjects such as sexual health and hygiene.

Working with young people in after school programs and out of term times, providing and support guidance, organising social and play actiivities both locally and abroad.Encouraging them to participate/interact with both each other and in a more diverse environment in the day to scenario.

Worked with young people with challenging behaviour to ensure that phycical,emotional and psychological needs of the young people are met at all possible.I participate in the day to day operation of the service provided in accordance with organisational guidelines and objectives.
