Created and managed $5,400,000 worth of business revenue from 2020-2022 by recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of Owner/Operators. Business Coach Roles: Recruiting: Manage the sourcing of thousands of applicants at the University of Western, Windsor University, University of Toronto, University of Guelph, and Brock University to conduct hundreds of first and second round interviews in order to select a team of 20+ Operators. Training: Training Operators in Business Management, Sales (Need satisfaction cycle), Marketing & Lead Generation, Estimating, Recruiting strategies & Interviewing tactics, Cost Control, Project Management and Time Management. Performance Coach: Weekly and yearly goal setting with Operators, coaching them on activities that will aid them in achieving their goals, holding them accountable to their commitments, keeping them informed of upcoming events and involved with the company. Consulting: Providing constant support and guidance for each Operator in every area of their business based on past experiences and Student Works operating systems.

Designed and implemented a successful marketing campaign. Estimated and sold over $250,000 in painting projects to commercial and residential clients. Hired, trained and managed up to 10 full-time and 2 part-time employees. Responsible for production management, customer relations, cost control and quality control of all painting projects.
