As first point of contact to over 90 staff, I am responsible for the following: Monitor and maintain multiple servers at different sites around the region. Create and setup new users including Exchange 2010 mailboxes. Designed and implemented a full disaster recovery plan. Provide IT support to a team of 45 recruitment consultants, 4 senior managers, 9 HR / Finance / Administration Support staff and resolve any IT related issues.
