My current company specializes in Pasteurized crab, lobster, Frozen Fish (Tuna and Barramundi), and Value-added products 🦀 🦞 🐟 My journey started as a Food Inspector, and now I lead quality initiatives, manage teams, and tackle complex challenges at Phillips Foods. I enjoy finding practical solutions, improving processes, and supporting teams to deliver their best. Outside of work, I love traveling and experiencing new cultures.
