Disco is a clean, science-backed skincare brand for men.

Founded two upscale group-training boutiques in both Winston-Salem and Columbia, MD. (40,000 sq. ft. total). Raised over $1 million in funding, developed and coordinated business strategy, created brand positioning and identity, implemented an effective marketing campaign using guerilla techniques and social media to maximize memberships. Grew the business to over $1.2 million in combined revenues in the first year, managed over 30 staff members between both locations, and acquired other local gyms in 6-figure deals for both locations to increase top line revenues.
