Responsibilities & Duty: - Have the responsibility to organize tender process - Organize Pre-Construction meetings and contractors mobilization - Issue Monthly report to highlight progress, cost, quality, safety and deviations on the Project - Has the responsibility to set up and manage all control activities in order to be able to have a good estimate of the project status and forecast in term of progress, cost and quality - Assist the Client in resolving contractual disputes. - Monitor the organization of commissioning procedures. - Tracking all the filing and documentation of the Construction Management Team. - Taking all appropriate steps to ensure that the Site Contractors and other Workers observe all the rules, regulations and safety & fire prevention practices. - Coordinate the update of construction documentation by consultants and the preparation of shop drawings Project: 1. World Bank Office at Hong Kong Land (Design LV/ELV, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, MVAC & Consultant) 2. Smart Head Office (Design, quotation & contracting such as fire alarm, stair pressurization, fire suppression) 3. Siem Reap Studio Hotel (Revised drawing & contracting such as LV/ELV system) 4. Australia Embassy (Maintenance LV/ELV and Air Conditioning) 5. Sheico Factory (Maintenance Solar) 6. IMF Office, JLC Office, Krobey Resort Island, ICAN School, Prudential, RHB Bank....etc

Responsibilities and duty: - Project Acleda Bank Head Office - Graphic layout design such as lighting control & HAVC. - Link point of programming to the layout. - Testing & Commissioning on programming & hardware.
