I’m not coming at this from theory. I’m a builder, investor, scheduler, and operator with years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, site coordination, progress tracking, planning, and project execution. I’ve built and improved systems for safe work procedures, inspections, daily logs, progress tracking, scheduling, material coordination, and field-to-office workflows that help jobs run cleaner and more predictably. My focus is simple: make construction and renovation businesses run better.
