As a server at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, I developed skills such as rapidly assimilate information, anticipate customer concerns, drive a multi-skill environment and culture, maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, and also gained extensive development of customer relations and interface communications.

Receive and carry out tasks given directly from the Vice President of Operations. Additionally, aid with the daily work of insurance agents by updating databases and spreadsheets, scanning documents and emailing, creating Excel spreadsheets, and filling in for the receptionist by transferring incoming calls and emailing faxes to their respected locations.

As a GSA, the role is to act as the leader on duty responding to guest and team member concerns, as well as: -Opening and closing the store and ensuring all Target property and personnel are secure -Work to attain maximum profits, sales, return on investment, market share, guest goodwill and team member satisfaction -Observe all check-out lanes and cashiers, design break schedules throughout the work day, assist with guest conflicts at check-out lane and Guest Service. -Communicate with customers returning products, assist guests by answering phone calls answering any questions or concerns they may have. Electronics Technician must have knowledge on game consoles, computer and tablet hardware, televisions, and cameras. Communicate with customers about the product, fulfill daily quota of sales and attachments.

2016 President's Leadership Seminar - Applied and accepted into an 8-week President's Leadership Seminar that allows students to participate in a cohort leadership experience with George Mason University President, Dr. Angel Cabrera. Active Leaders- Participated in Active Leaders, a voluntarily 10-week seminar through Mason LEAD Office focused on building leadership skills.
