As a Project Management Intern at Foruppo, I have gained hands-on experience in managing the lifecycle of multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. My key responsibilities include: Project Oversight: Assisting with managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they stay on track and meet quality and timeline expectations. Task Assignment & Monitoring: Assigning tasks to appropriate team members, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met while addressing any challenges. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with teams across development, design, and marketing to align goals and ensure timely project delivery. In addition to these responsibilities, I have actively contributed to the development of Dice My Day, a productivity tool designed to help users manage and organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across five categories. This app incorporates features like task completion tracking and a built-in timer to enhance user productivity. I have worked collaboratively with each department, gaining insights into different stages of product development—from planning to implementation. Learning Topics: Throughout this internship, I’ve learned valuable skills in project management methodologies, task prioritization, team collaboration, client relations, and risk management. Additionally, I've gained hands-on exposure to the tools and techniques used in product development, including task tracking systems, agile methodologies, and quality assurance practices. These experiences have helped me enhance my understanding of how to bring an idea from concept to successful launch.

I am a Computer Science graduate from Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, passionate about leveraging technology to address real-world problems. Throughout my undergraduate journey, I led several projects, including cyberbullying detection on social media using natural language processing and a disease prediction model using machine learning algorithms like CNN and KNN. In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively contributed to the campus community by taking on leadership roles such as Student Coordinator for Development Programs, Campus Ambassador for renowned institutions like IIT Guwahati and IIT Bombay, and Technical Coordinator for the Computer Society of India.
