• Leading fabric and trims innovations • Working with customers/clothing brands to understand unmet consumer need gaps and/or future clothing/fabric/trims trends. • Working with external technology partners, fabric suppliers, testing facilities, and universities to source/develop future materials and technologies that can be integrated into clothing. • Attending to international sportswear exhibitions annually (ISPO: Germany, Première Vision: France) • Working with internal product development cross-functional teams (material development, design, customer service, technical, costing, and supply chain) to integrate externally developed/sourced innovative materials/technologies to clothing product concepts. • Testing (lab and wearer trial) and risk assessment for innovation concepts • Customer on-site presentations: fabrics, trims, and product innovations (Nike Head Office-Portland, Odlo Head Office- Switzerland)
