Handling Transportation management on behalf of our client Advanced Petrochemical Company & Advanced Polyolefins Company in Jubail inside site. • Outbound Logistics operations with multiple consignees. • Logistics strategy & Planning • Data analysis for performance Monitoring & reporting • Using SAP, Power point & ORCALE ERP for shipping management.

• Preparing Proforma Invoices for making proposal to customers and making Invoices and Packing Lists for customer’s delivery. • Prepare and Send Export invoice, packing List and E – invoice to Customs. • Check & Confirm the Checklist, BL Draft, Liner Draft and Supporting Documents. • Handling & Preparing all Necessary export–related documents. • Follow the shipment with CHA operation staff, shipping company/forwarder up to handover the cargo. • Co–ordination with shipping lines, CHA–customs formalities, Transporter and Operation Staff. • Follow the Bill of Lading’s release by coordinating with freight forwarders. • Following constant communication with client’s designated freight forwarders regarding a variety of issues, such as stuffing plan, vessel timetable, B/L copy,etc. • Email follow-up for shipments that are picked up daily, in transit, and delivered. • Knowledge & Handling of Pre & Post shipment document which include commercial invoices, packing list, L/C documents, importing country certifications, Certificate of Origin & Many more documents prepared as per customer requirement. • Handling pre shipment and post shipment documents independently. • Maintain daily status reports for the export shipments. • Maintain order list for the shipments. • Tracking & Dispatch the Original documents to buyer. • Coordinate with warehouse incharge for planning of outgoing cargo.
