- Prepare daily transactions such as AP/AR/Expenses to Accounting Software - Liaise with Inventory-In-charge for check physical stocks every month to make sure tally - Prepare monthly GST Submission - Prepare Monthly staff’s payroll and CPF submission - Prepare full set of accounts (including GL/AP/AR/Financial Statements, P&L) - Monitor Ageing AP/AR and Liaise with Sales/Purchase Department for payment - Check Delivery order, Invoices and Import/Export permits - Liaise with Auditors for company audit / ECI / Income Tax - Prepare Bank reconciliation every month - Liaise with Remittance Companies to arrange TT for overseas suppliers - Prepare FA register and Journal Entries - Assist in ad hoc projects - PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) - Participate in brainstorm and creative sessions
