Monitoring and optimizing international financial flows for client, while ensuring compliance with VietNam State bank’s regulations. 1. Transaction Processing & Execution • Handle international payments, trade finance instruments, and FX transactions for corporate and institutional clients. • Ensure smooth settlement of cross-border trades (securities, derivatives, loans, etc.). • Monitor transaction lifecycles and resolve delays, discrepancies, or failed payments. 2. Client Support & Relationship Management • Serve as a point of contact for clients conducting global trade or investment transactions. • Advise clients on payment methods • Provide updates on transaction statuses and troubleshoot issues across time zones. 3. Risk Management & Compliance • Ensure all transactions comply with sanctions regimes, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and FATCA requirements. • Conduct due diligence on counterparties and escalate suspicious activities. • Work with compliance and legal teams to align with local regulations relating to international payment. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams • Collaborate with Treasury, FX, Trade Finance, and Securities Services teams. • Liaise with IT to implement or enhance transaction-processing systems. 5. Process Improvement • Streamline cross-border transaction processes to improve speed, cost efficiency, and transparency. • Contribute to digitalization projects (blockchain-based settlement, real-time payments, SWIFT gpi, etc.). • Suggest automation opportunities to reduce manual errors and operational risks.

• Process all regular, restricted, and legal transfers, which include processing of oversea payments and receivables. • Responsible for pending documents ensuring payment instructions remain in control and transactions are processed efficiently. • Strictly complied with internal policy/local regulations on FX control/AML/Sanction

• Handle daily affairs related to inward/outward international and domestic payment operations. • Perform Loan Administrator responsibilities ensuring compliance with both the loan servicing agreement and the customer’s payment schedule. • Follow the AML, P&P and relevant State authority’s regulations to monitor suspicious transactions and report to management. • Lead and give opinion to manage daily duties, updates, and to comply with the manual procedure regulations. • Cross-department training to backup duties for internal processing of Trade Finance. • Cooperate with IT department to make internal report and AML report to SBV related to international/domestic transfers.

• Handle and process operations related to foreign outward and inward remittances for T/T Payments (payments for goods, services, offshore loan, capital transactions). • Advise customers on issues related to international money transfers and rectify any errors or incomplete information. • Establish compliance with Anti-Money Laundering policy. • Prepare various daily reports ensuring their accuracy. • Collaborate with various departments regarding debiting and/or crediting the customers' current accounts. • Responsible for assisting the department head with any project.
