- Analyzing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) images and processing the digital contents based on ML (Machine Learning) model requirements. - Working on defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for the product development. - Annotator of AI chatbot (identifying the keywords and phrases in natural language query (NLQ) and mapping/tagging each phrase to an exact intent representation based on bot conversation). - Proficient in transcribing audio bots (Transcription of audios into text content using tags) - Familiar in using software tools to perform data capturing and content editing and creating response for FAQs prompt. - Expertise in categorizing layouts for the product contents, collecting sourcing images and labeling content such as text, audio, images and video so as to train AI model. - Writing clear and concise contents for SOP creation with respect to guidelines as per stakeholder’s requirement on priority basis. - Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs and contribute to improve SOPs so as to deliver the task with high quality standards and consistent accuracy. - Performing the quality check by reviewing the contents and proofreading to ensure that the quality met as per the SOP standards.
