- Conduct research and development for Bakery products (laminated dough: Croissant, Pain au chocolat, Puff Pastry Dough; Sandwich; Hamburger; Pizza), Cheese products (fresh cheese, block cheese, shredded cheese, grated cheese), and Meat products (beef, pork, chicken). - Develop new products: planning, formula design, pilot trials, retained sample monitoring, and conducting sensory, physicochemical, and microbiological testing to determine shelf life. - Improve existing products by modifying formulations, optimizing production processes, and establishing technical parameters at each processing stage to resolve quality-related issues. - Develop technical specifications (SPEC) for raw materials, packaging, and finished products. Establish work instructions ( WI ) for transfer to the Production Department. - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to provide product samples for clients.

- Conducted trials, quality checks, and recipe adjustments (sauces, pizza crusts, fried chicken/potato batters) to meet flavor, quality, and food safety standards. - Researched, developed, and optimized food formulas to ensure product quality and market competitiveness. - Ensured stable quality in pilot production before market launch.

- Ensured smooth production line operations and sufficient raw material supply. - Monitored and reported issues arising during production line operations. - Tested and evaluated the quality of semi-finished and finished products at various production stages.
