• Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure compliance with Goldman Sachs reporting standards and the timely delivery of financial and management reports. • Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the management company and projects; perform the budget analyses (actual vs. budget) and forecasts. • Prepare and closely monitor cash flow to ensure the management company’s operation, M&A activities and project development. • Cash flow management: manage cross-border fund remittances, including dividend distributions, cash inflows and outflows between Vietnam and Singapore in accordance with local regulations and banking practices. • Manage and monitor the daily operations of accounting team. • Coordinate with external auditors to complete audits efficiently. • Oversee tax compliance and VAT refund processes, ensuring accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and other statutory obligations. • Lead successful VAT refund process for the projects in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City. • Facilitate M&A activities: seller and vendor KYC procedures, licensing processes for project companies (including investment and enterprise registration certificates), financial and tax due diligence, and fund flow management. • Coordinate and liaise with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) for foreign loan registrations, approvals, and compliance reporting.

• Manage the accounting team (8–10 people), guide and delegate workload to subordinates to ensure smooth daily operations. • Prepare and deliver management reports, financial reports (VAS, IFRS) and forecasts, providing key insights for senior management, Warburg Pincus, Becamex, and other stakeholders. • Perform tax reviews and monitor tax deadlines to ensure compliance with regulations. • Lead successful VAT refund process for the project in Hai Phong and contribute to VAT refund processes for the projects in My Phuoc. • Develop key company policies and procedures (payments, sales & receivables, and reporting processes) and play a key role in implementing the ERP system. • Support Treasury and Investment teams in capital mobilization and M&A activities.

• Supervise internal audits, identify key risk areas and propose appropriate controls to strengthen internal processes (warehouse, shipment, sales, and incentive). • Advise management on resourcing requirements and provide support for internal audit activities to enhance operational efficiency. • Report significant audit findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring timely corrective actions.

• Participate in planning and executing audit engagements for major clients across real estate(Amata Group, Intresco, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai) and FMCG (Coca Cola, Tan Hiep Phat). • Supervise audit teams (5–12 members) to ensure high-quality deliverables, efficientresource use, and timely completion under tight deadlines. • Provide value-added advisory services on accounting, tax, and internal controls, whilegaining in-depth knowledge of VAS, IFRS, and cross-sector business practices.
