Responsibilities : Engineering manager for Hajar #2 3010MW CCGT Independent Power plant, Quarrayah complex, KSA (2 x GE 7HA.02 & 3 x GE 7HA.03 Gas Turbines and 2 x Doosan DST-S30 Steam turbines). Engineering manager for Sirdarya 1500MW CCGT Independent Power plant, Shirin City, Uzbekistan. (2 Mitsubishi M701JAC Gas Turbines & 1 Siemens SST5-5000 Steam turbine). Nature of work : • Managing complete project engineering activities. • Managing Owner’s International & local Engineering consultants to review & approve EPC’s engineering deliverables to ensure that deliverables are in-line with contract requirements, best engineering practices followed & well presented. • Organizing & Moderating EMs (Engineering Meetings) among EPC & Engineering consultants to clear design issues to attain company’s objectives. • Organizing & Moderating DRMs (Design Review Meetings) among EPC, Engineering consultants, OEMs / Package vendors to clear design & engineering issues / bottlenecks to attain company’s objectives. • Reviewing & participating in 3D model review workshops to attain company’s objectives. • Participating in safety study workshops (HAZAN, HAZCON, HAZOP, SAFOP, SIL, RAM & ALARP) to attain company’s objectives. • Maintaining interface with Project execution Team & Engineering Consultants during execution stage of the project to ensure clear direction and resolution of engineering / technical issues to ensure successful completion of project. • Overall Engineering management and co-ordination among various stake holders to attain company’s objectives.

Responsibilities : Engineering manager for DUQM Integrated Power & Water plant, DUQM, OMAN. This project has 325 MW (Gross power output, from 5 combined cycle power blocks with 5 Siemens SGT-800 Gas Turbines & 5 Siemens SST-300 Steam turbines & 5 Air cooled Condensers) power plant and Sea water RO plant to provide 36,000 m3/day desalinated water to DUQM refinery. Also include Natural Gas treatment / conditioning plant (with ESD, Coalescer filters, Water bath heaters, flow metering stations, PRDS stations, Knock-out drums, etc.), 2 Nos x 1050 m3 Fuel oil storage tanks & filtering stations, 2 Nos x 75000 m3 capacity desalinated water storage tanks, Fuel oil storage tanks, Service/ Fire water storage tanks, etc. Nature of work : • Managing Engineering team (Engineers / Designers / draftspersons) to deliver engineering deliverables which are in-line with client’s bid / contract requirements, best engineering practices & well presented. • Managing Design Team (Designers / Draftspersons / external engineering consultants) through development & delivery of concept through to final design packages for full project lifecycle. • Reviewing projects and packages for value engineering opportunity in order to maximize the performance of the company and the project in meeting company’s objectives and client’s requirements. • Initiating and maintaining Engineering Intellectual information base from proposals, project experience, such that the turn around on proposals & deliverables are shortened. • Identifying & assigning responsibilities and ensuring availability of engineers, systems and expertise to ensure Client & project requirements are satisfied. • Ensuring the department & its resources are productive, adding value & department performs within planned arrangements. • Meeting Engineering consultant and / or client to clear design issues / bottlenecks to attain company’s objectives.

Responsibilities : Engineering manager / Lead Mechanical engineer for proposal & detailed engineering of simple and combined cycle power plants. These plants with Crude / Distillate fuel oil & Gas fired Gas Turbines, Crude & Distillate oil treatment plant, Natural gas treatment plant, Instrument & service Air compressed Air systems, etc. Projects handled : Involved in execution of the following projects: • SEC: 415 MW Conversion of Qassim- Extension II & III Simple cycle to combined cycle power plant, 12 GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: 960 MW Rabigh power plant Stage-V with 16 GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: 720 MW Rabigh power plant Stage-VII with 12 GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: 480 MW Jeddah PP# 3 power plant with 8 nos, GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: 180 MW Tabouk PP#2– Stage-V power plant with 3 GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: 180 MW Al-wadjh-I power plant with 3 nos, GE Frame-7E GTG units • SEC: 120 MW Tabouk PP#2 –Stage-VIII power plant with 2 nos, GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: 60 MW Al-Jouf Power plant with 1GE Frame-7E GTG units. Involved in proposal engineering for following projects: • SEC: 415MW Conversion of Qassim- Extension II & III Simple cycle to combined cycle power plant, 12 GE Frame-7E GTG units. • SEC: Conversion of Qurayat- Extension-III Simple cycle to combined cycle power plant, 2 Siemens SGT6-2000E + 2 GE Frame-7E units. • SEC: Riyadh PP#9 – Conversion of Block-C & D (8 GE Frame-7E GTG units) to combined cycle power plant. • DEWA - AWEER Power station-H, Phase-IV - 700 to 800MW with Three (3) MHPS M701F GTG's Simple cycle. • PDO, Oman - Qarn Alam power station Phase 3 - GE Frame-9E GTG unit + Nooter/ Erikson HRSG unit. • ARAMCO – Wasit Gas Program – 4 MHPS M501F GTG units + 4 HRSG units + 2 STG units. • SEC: 1260 MW Riyadh PP # 9 Extension - Stage II (Phase C & D) Project – 21 GE Frame-7 GTG units. • SEC: 240 MW Hail-2 Extension-III project with 4 GE Frame-7E GTG units.

Responsibilities : Design & detailed engineering of piping systems. Nature of work : Preparation of Equipment layout & Design input drawings / sketches for PDS Modeling, Composite piping layout, Isometric drawings, Specification for pipes, fittings, valves & other specialties, Material take-off and support engineering. Projects handled : M/s. Hangzhou Xiangsheng Textile Co., Ltd., P.R China. 900 TPD Polyester plant M/s. Xiaoshan Rongsheng Textile co., Ltd., P.R China. 450 TPD Polyester plant M/s. Garden silk mills Ltd., Surat, Gujarat. 35000 T/Year POY Plant. OVERSEAS ASSIGNMENT: From Dec’ 2001 to Aug’ 2002 Deputed to M/s. Xiaoshan Rongsheng Textile Company limited, China for Technical supervision of erection and commissioning of piping systems.

Responsibilities : Design & detailed engineering of Turbo-generator interconnecting & yard piping Nature of work : Involved in preparation of composite piping layout, isometric drawings, Bill of materials, specification & statutory drawings and performing stress analysis for all critical piping systems. Apart from these involved in preparation of P&I drawings, review of vendor drawings and pre-bid engineering. Projects handled : (i) M/s. Bellary steel & alloys Ltd., Karnataka. 2 x 30 MW Thermal power plant (ii) M/s. The central pulp mills Ltd., Gujarat. 6 MW Captive power plant. (iii) M/s. Responsibilities : Design & detailed engineering of TG interconnecting piping Nature of work : Involved in preparation of piping layout & isometrics, support drawings, bill of material and statutory drawings / documents and performing stress analysis. Preparation of Power plant layout, specifications & data sheets for Boiler, Turbine, Cooling tower, EOT Crane, etc., and review of vendor drawings. Projects Handled :(i) M/s.
