• Complete responsibility for office business by managing merchandising team. • Responsible to increase the turnover year to year by effective team / booking & order management. • Interacting with buyers with respect to projection / forecast along with style confirmation, Product development, sample material detailing. • Responsible for costing / price negotiation with factories based upon their strength. • Responsible for allocating styles to factories based upon their strength. • Close follow up of weekly production against the shipment schedules and updating the same to the clients. • Responsible for on time shipments / on time sampling process. • Review call outs and corrective actions.

• Sending proposals with various fabrics collections based on their trend for buyer’s inspiration to help them to develop styles. • Interacting with buyer with respect to style confirmation, sample material detailing, costing and sample review during product development stage. • Responsible for allocating styles to factories based upon their strength. • Responsible to maintain the time line of sales man samples to meet seminar dates. • Responsible for style confirmation / price negotiation with factories for style confirmations. • Responsible for any approvals on behalf of buyer to make the thing happen. • Interacting with client for order confirmation, production plan schedule and delivery finalization. • Close followup of weekly production against the shipment schedules and updating the same to the clients • Responsible for on time shipments / on time sampling process.

•Design development and related sampling for buyer submission. •Interacting with buyers to understand the current market strength to grab more styles. •Responsible for any approval to manufacturing unit with respect to material, spec details, test reports followup and special instruction as per Buyer's requirement •Responsible for on time samples for buyer's seminar meetings to grab good order qty's.. •Responsible for quality of samples in terms of both technical and visual. •Interacting with manufacturing unit in executing sample order, spec detailing, price negotiation, cost and consumption as per Buyer's requirements. •Presenting samples to the client in the Buyer’s sample review meet and thereby communicating the same to manufacturing unit. •Helping the pattern department and sampling department while the samples are being materialized
