* Inbound contact centre * Answering of incoming calls for clients looking for incoming payments about 60 calls a day * Check for incoming funds * Authenticate client for security purposes , * Follow up on queries through calls and emails, and must be resolved within SLA * Set up Standing Instruction Mandate on clients account for future payments. * Send Proof of payments as per clients’ request.

* Obtain clients information though incoming or outgoing calls. * handle queries from client , companies and Nedbank branches * Verifying and authorising of transactions for the SARB . * Communicating and explaining transactions clearly and coherently to both internal and external customers. * Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and * appropriate solutions. * Meeting specific performance and team targets. * Self-development. * Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements through Balance Of Payment. * Processing of clients funds in to accounts * Conducting a search for funds on Current accounts ,Saving Account ,CFC account , Investments and Trust accounts * Provide EXPORT advice to both the clients and companies on how the SARB want their reports to be formatted
