=>Conduct thorough reviews of design outputs to identify and address any errors or improvements needed. =>Interact with suppliers and customers to gather feedback on design concepts and make necessary revisions. =>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, considering manufacturing capabilities and constraints. =>Effectively communicate design requirements, specifications, and modifications to relevant parties. =>Familiar with design change management and factory-side implementation organizational capabilities. =>Readiness any documents there are part CAD, Drawing, Cutting file, BOM, Testing plan, FAI approval package, technical specification and Etc. =>Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives of parts and material either through cost analysis &negotiation =>Supplier improvement such as claim, Quality evaluation, Initial Parts control, 8D Report, incoming Inspection Control and communicate with both local and oversea Suppliers. =>Sourcing new product there are raw materials tooling packaging from domestics/overseas and negotiate to get best value for company pricing then delivery and product quality as company policy guidance =>Ensure control costing respect for delivery deadline ,repect of quality requirements and implementation

-Design and develop that refrigerant cycle to improve performance air conditioner -Cooperate with production section in planning and managing schedule of production improvement -Coordinate between supplier and related departments for ensure that ordering and shipping process correctly the rules/legal -Cost reduction project to achieve delivery and quality target -Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives of parts and material either through cost analysis &negotiation -Perform reliability testing and performance testing even strain test, vibration test, noise abnormal sound and Etc. -Understand the requirement and oversea standards of each country -Readiness various documents there are Part list information, DRBFM, BOM stucture, Assembly guide, technical specification and Etc. -Make sure that related data to Engineering activities (Engineering change control) in TEAMCENTER is accurate and timely entry in system

-Request for Quotation (RFQ), and involve with expert suppliers in the Pre-RFQ phase. -Obtain & consolidate the supplier quotations, negotiate all commercial topics directly with supplier and supplier selection process. -New order placement, Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) follow up and Capacity Verification with suppliers. -Ensure control of costs, respect for delivery deadlines, respect of quality requirements, and implementation -Ensure early involvement of the Planner buyer team in new project before the production phase -Contribute to the identification and implementation of Value Engineering actions (product / process / packaging / transportation). -Maintains and updates Approved Supplier List (ASL) database. -Price adjustment in any economic impact. -Create regular statistical reports and analysis

-Lead execution of customer program as Program Manager as well as undertake tasks of an Applications Engineer in small programs -Support Finance Purchasing Logistics and Commercial teams with product process costing from RFQ stage through to SOP. -Support manufacturing team with preparation for audits, this includes potential supplier assessment (PSA), program launch audits -Feasibility design blow mould / Design process / Readiness tooling and equipment concern -Support Purchasing & Quality Assurance departments with supplier reviews and recommendations. -Achieve all APQP and Customer dates and requirements within acceptable quality levels for each stage . -Review technical for new tooling for sourcing supplier -Prepare development proposals, Development time lines, validation plans, cost estimates, manufacturing plans etc. -Identify early warning of problems so that corrective action can be implemented. -Responsible to follow and make sure that related data to Engineering activities in computer system is accurate and timely entry in system

-Participating in new product, tooling, equipment and measurement selection for both new products and current products in order to meet manufacturing and customer requirement targets. -Supporting and managing manufacturing documents such as drawings, control plans, operating instructions and other related documents. -Providing support in relation to all quality functions, inspection documents and SPC recommendations. -Providing material handling and ordering including analyze capacity matching productivity -Managing PFMEA & Control Plan and team improvement in term prototype phase -Developing innovative solutions to standardize production methods when introducing new product variants and design jigs and fixtures. -Developing, improving and documenting manufacturing instructions using manufacturing engineering practices. -Complying with all applicable mandatory each of regulation by product conformity and various other related standards.
