• Support the Product Management team in the day-to-day operations related to the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery tracking. • Assist in product discovery activities, including data gathering, market research, and organizing insights about users and product opportunities. • Help organize and track the product backlog, supporting prioritization and alignment of product initiatives. • Support the facilitation and follow-up of Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring visibility and alignment across the team. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication between stakeholders and support the evolution of new and existing product platforms. • Contribute to the documentation of product processes, workflows, and decisions, promoting better organization and knowledge sharing. • Provide support in the use of product management tools such as Jira, helping maintain organization and visibility of team activities. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and demand organization within the Product team.

Another challenge proposed by the company, working in the area of ​​governance, always having the opportunity to learn and improve on different and important topics, such as ISO certifications, work methodologies, process automation and other challenges that may arise.

In the HR area, being my first professional experience, I was able to learn about topics related to people management and their due labor processes. It was an area that developed me a lot professionally, but also personally.

I had the opportunity to teach at CATS where in addition to teaching, I was able to learn in every class with my writing students. It was a challenge and a commitment to pass on the information to the candidates, always teaching me the best way to teach certain topics.

I was director of CATS where I needed to learn how to manage more than 50 people and students from the courses. Having to manage time, resources and delegate tasks to all volunteers.
