Ooredoo Myanmar (OM) possibly is the last "greenfield" operator on earth. During my working period at OM, my task is to work with vendor's teams to ensure a smooth launch & daily operation of OSS/BSS system: - SLA Management for Managed Services (OSS and NG BSS system) - Supervisor of Managed Services delivery quality of vendors and its patners for all IT related operations - Support daily operation of the whole company IT network, including both IT and telecom billings/ charging system. - CAB (Change Advisory Board) member for change requests technical review and approval. - IT NOC operation optimization and control. - Hand on experiences on Huawei NG BSS product suites (Huawei CRM, Huawei CBS, IPCC, UVC/EVC, Provision, PRM, I2000, BICP,...) Digital Route (DR) Mediation and HP OSS network monitoring tools ( HP SiteScope, HP NNMi, HP BSM, HPSM, HP Diagnostics...)

It's about a Managed Services project for Vietnamobile EGSM and 3G-WCDMA mobile operator (Hutchison Group), the new one and the forth ranked operator in Vietnam in term of number of subscribers. - belongs to Back Office (BO) team. The work is to routinely maintain and optimize the network KPIs above the agreed levels. - Control subcontractors for routine Drive & Benchmark test and make periodic reports to customer. - Participate actively in Vietnamobile 3G Turn-Key project from Start till the End: roll-out support for design & testing, integration, network upgrade, CAT & PAT report, KPI formulation & reporting /trouble shooting... - Work in close collaboration with various stakeholders including subcontractors, other vendors, Operators, subscribers... - Tools: TEMS, GENEX Probe, Assistant, Actix, Map Info, Google Earth, Atoll...

I was a PhD candidate at IETR working on following area of interests: - Antennas Research & Design - Multi-layered Fabry Perot (FP)/Cavity Antennas - Directional/Pencil Beam Antennas - EBG (Electronic Band Gap) Materials - Left-Handed Materials - Mutual coupling modeling in large antenna system/antenna array - Input Impedance of antennas inside a Fabry-Perot Cavity - Bandwidth Enlargement of Fabry Perot Antennas Achievements during PhD study: - PhD thesis defense before an international expert committees (excellent grade) - 2 accepted international journal publications, 5 international conference papers.
