About
In the first three years in RMIT Vietnam, i have completed a lot of projects and course's lab to accomplish the combination between theory and practical knowledges. Next, in the fourth year, i had a chance to exchanged to RMIT Australia to study Advance Manufacturing and achieved the first price of excellent student. In my 4 years of studies in the related field, I’ve adapted a great deal of course work on engineering practices, including statics, electronic engineering, material analysis, dynamic, mechanical design, and robot programming which enables me to involve in various projects and researches. Besides that, I have experienced the first internship in Bosch Vietnam to research and develop the control system of car's engine in 3 months. Next, I’ve also worked as an intern in ABB Robotic Vietnam 6 months. I gained variable insights and experiences with the robot programming process and control system of industrial robot. It was the great opportunities for me reflect and interact the robotic kinematics and dynamics theory from university and apply it in the real robot and its controller. Last but not least, I was able to develop the Saitex's Project to create the HMI for Robot arm to do the multiple tasks such as brushing, wiping and spraying for garments manufacturing. Moreover, I have also created the robot simulation of the station working principle to demonstrate for customers. I have been working at Arevo for 2 years as Robotic Engineer. Together, we built up the biggest 3D printing farm in the world. I have integrating in-housed software for monitoring the robot and manufacturing. During the pandemic (Covid-19), I have managing teams to setting and calibrating the robots before handover to manufacturing team, training, and developing the maintenance procedures for robots. I have three months training in US with Arevo US team to improve the printing process and robot times. I have a great passion in designing automation and smart control systems. Adept in overseeing manufacturing devices process and communicate with coworker to accomplish the projects. Warehouse system RMIT Viet Nam University - Project 3A/3B Responsibilities: Hardware design for the warehouse system ( Linetracking robot and Robot hand). Programming in Arduino for both line-tracking robot and robot arm which are used for delivery goods and loading-unloading goods. In team of 5, as a mechanical student, designing the working prototype for line-robot and robot arm. Implementing the programming for Robot arm. Achievements: In term of robot arm, using 4 DOF is more flexible to achieve the performance requirements for loading and unloading cargo. It also uses the Ultrasonic sensors to detect the distance between the robot and the arm in order to execute the motions of the robot arm. Have gained a great deal of experience in implementing PID controller into the Line robot and software areas for developing, testing and executing the systems.
