Acting as plant manager of Thai Gypsym plant (Laemchabang Site) • Play role of KMM (KeyMiddle Management manager) with main responsibilities to lead operation team to effectivelymanufacture various productson two plaster board lines and three ceiling tile lines as the customer requirements. There are over 50 plants around the world in Saint-Gobain gypsum group (10 plants in Asia) and Laem Chabang plant is the biggest one in Asia. • Contribute plant and company cost reduction programs with the role of Cost Reduction pillar owner. Run COST DEPLOYMENT, the most important WCM tool to identify all plant losses and lead the teams to run the projects to attack the identified losses. • Play role of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar owner to deliver ZERO breakdown achievement by smart maintaining the equipment basic condition • Coordinate the operation teams with Supply Chain, Finance and IT teams to support plant financial and ERP system analysis and projects • Lead operational team to deliver the new product development program to explore new market of plaster board and ceiling tile products • Identified as company successor in company successive plan

Run COST DEPLOYMENT, the most important WCM tool to identify all plant losses and setup the teams to run the projects to attack the identified losses. • Coach all levels of employee to ensure their ability to achieve cost reduction projects and their daily continuous improvement activities. • Provide plant performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) and raw material usage variance reports to top and middle management team. And play roles of the factory manager’s consultant to deploy team to solve problems systematically by Major Kaizen, Standard Kaizen or Quick Kaizen with sustainable results. • Work with management team and project teams to deliver operational KPI’s and run KPI tracker to claim the saving result (availability improvement, yield improvement, productivity improvement, key material usage reduction and energy usage reduction). • Plan plant budget (base on saving result, production volume, inflation rate, Capital Expenditures etc.). • Monitor and arrange teams action to ensure the accuracy and saving of raw material, energy usage and working capital. Monitor and setup team actions/projects to reduce raw material usage variances.

• Acting as assistant factory manager and with leader roles of production, production control, R&D, warehouse and raw material store departments. • Conduct therefore the production master plan, monthly production schedule and supply chain system • Setup production control system to improve the productivity (implement systematic production planning,effective material flow control, new product development/pilot run planning, optimizeWork In Process in production line and minimize inventory to proper level in Warehouse • TPM leader (implementer) and 5S program leader • Production/Energy cost optimization program leader • Implement autonomous quality control concept for production staffs • Take care American and Australian customers both in production and R&D phases • Conduct the training courses for both supervisor and operator levels and follow up the training result (Visual control system, Problem Solving, 5S, Work In Process Control, QCC, TPM, Wood processing, etc.)

• Take care of German customers and offer guideline with necessary information to run business with Thai suppliers • Procure finished goods as customer requirement from Thailand to Europe • Support all logistic steps started from manufacturer and ended at distributor in Germany • Assist suppliers to develop new product by providing the proposed solution to fit with the market specific requirements (specification, cost, packaging etc.) • Take care of product and service quality control
