In this role, I focused on the commercial viability and professional standards of the top-flight league. I worked closely with club owners and broadcasters to elevate the profile of the domestic game. • Commercial Expansion: Negotiated multi-year broadcasting rights and title sponsorships that significantly increased league revenue. • League Professionalization: Introduced new licensing regulations for clubs, elevating the standard of play and administrative accountability. • Stakeholder Management: Navigated complex relationships between government bodies, private sponsors, and club leadership to ensure a unified vision for the league.

Attendance to the Office of the Secretary General and support to various structures within the association. Monitoring of compliance issues with the constitution and other regulatory standards. Responsible for advising on issues to be presented to the National Executive Committee and other relevant structures and parties. During this period, I focused on institutional capacity building and national strategy development. I served as a critical link between global sports consultancy standards and local implementation in Botswana. • National Strategy Development: Acted as the lead intermediary between the Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC) and TSE Consulting (Switzerland) to architect the BNSC 2020 National Sports Strategy. • Grassroots Sustainability: Developed the long-term strategic framework for the Active Community Clubs (ACC), ensuring community-level sports programs had a sustainable path to growth. • Business Excellence: Recognized as a Top 10 Winner in a nationwide business leadership competition organized by First National Bank Botswana (FNBB) and the Local Business Authority (LEA). • Advisory: Provided high-level strategic guidance to multiple national sports organizations to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder alignment.

As CEO, my mandate was to modernize the financial and administrative foundations of Botswana football. I focused on moving the Association toward self-sufficiency and high-level commercial accountability. • Commercial Growth: Significantly increased revenue through aggressive sponsorship mobilization, ensuring all national programs were fully funded and scalable. •Sponsorship Retention: Achieved a 70% renewal rate with corporate partners by implementing professional account management and demonstrating clear ROI for sponsors. • Operational Efficiency: Overhauled financial management practices, successfully reducing overhead expenses and eliminating the national teams' costly dependence on external facility rentals. • Policy Governance: Coordinated the development and execution of national strategic plans under the direction of the National Executive Committee, aligning local policy with international best practices.
