I started working for Standard Bank as a SAP ABAP Consultant. I was involved in various SAP projects specializing in systems upgrades for SAP HR, SAP SRM, SAP FI modules. I also worked on the SAPHR Africa roll-out project. I was one of the pioneers behind the development and maintance of Standard Bank's HR Performance Rating System. My skills were not only limited to SAP. I did some front-end web development for the SAP HR Learnning & Development, Time & Leave, & Payroll using technologies MS.NET 3.0, C#, Oracle stored procs. My role later changed to that of a project manager. I was responsible for coodinating and conducting multi-level project reviews of all the solution delivery projects in SAP Knowledge Centre. This included producing project scopes & schedules, resource management, project cost & budgeting, risk & issue management.
