Adriaan Fourie (TFC Global serving AFRICA)

The founding of TFC Global AFRICA is a collaborative effort to serve the Road Freight Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries, including their Truck Driver Labour force in Africa. With his background in Trucking Ministry in Southern Africa, Br. Adriaan Fourie, was approached by TFC Global in the USA to take the role of Director of African Entities on their behalf, serving the rest of Africa. Managing and guiding TFC Global affiliates in Africa as located in Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi, etc., where they would serve Truck Drivers en route. A Non-Profit Company: TFC Global AFRICA was registered (CIPC Reg. Nr 2025/764133/08) for this purpose. Strategic business relationships and networks are to be developed at the most prominent Truck Stops, Border Posts, and harbours/ports where trucks would gather at bottleneck points en route on the national road network across Africa. TFC Global provides an opportunity to serve Africa strategically in reaching truck drivers en route to the honour of God with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Inclusive of programs presented to reach a greater community and provide a higher standard of care to drivers and those in the Trucking Industry TFC Global AFRICA serves the Transport Industry via an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), reaching out and serving as "Psychological First Aid (PFA) Responders" (Chaplains), addressing the Truck Driver labor force at trucking head quarters as well as en route; where possible, any emotional (psychosocial) challenges are faced, which may cause post-traumatic stress (PTSD) caused by: > Serious accidents, be it innocently or due to reckless and/or negligent driving > Truck Hijacking, > Xenophobia attacks, > Attempted murder, > Armed robberies, > Truck wheel theft during resting periods at nighttime, > Freight looting, > Freight & diesel skimming extortion, > Employment-related stress, > Family breakups and crises, relationship challenges, marital conflict > Absenteeism from home (family, loved ones, and faith communities), long periods away from home > Sexual immorality due to prostitution causes marriage, family breakups, divorce, HI,V and Aids > Fatigue or excessive tiredness Establishing the TFC Global AFRICA Vision of an independent Ministry Network across Africa to further the Kingdom of God, TFC Global AFRICA is focused on contributing and assisting in protecting and promoting the psychosocial well-being of Truck Drivers who have faced any of the abovementioned everyday mental health challenges.
