HR support: • the formation (creation) and monitoring of internal policies and procedures that govern the work with the company's personnel; • registration of documents regulating labour relations with the employee during the whole period of his work in the company, including hiring, transferring, changing working conditions, leaves, sick leaves, business trips, dismissal, etc .; • the formation of mandatory HR-forms (staff list, timesheet, leaves schedule) and reports, which relate to the staff; providing advice on the application of labour legislation, participation in inspections of supervisory bodies, assistance in resolving conflict and non-standard situations related to personnel; • continuous monitoring of the status of personnel records management and accounting in the company and provision of optimizing solutions.
