• 24h/7 customer service in the field of booking, sale and change of airline tickets • Work with Amadeus system in order to create, retrieve, and modify PNRs • Look up information regarding fare rules and regulations • Providing support to travel agencies with use of Amadeus reservation system • Handle schedule changes and flight cancellations • Issuing invoices with use of eKNF system

• Customer service • Training new employees on execution of payment transactions and issuing invoices • Using till/POS systems, handling cash, managing till reports • Accepting and handling deliveries • Generating warehouse/shop floor reports using in-store system
