Tessa van Duyn

I am an award-winning CEO with 20 years’ experience as a public law litigator and human rights and discrimination law expert. My focus has always been on people, humanity, equality and justice. As CEO of Moores, I thrive on building authentic connections and creating a workplace culture that enables everyone to bring their best to work. Moores was crowned as the Australian Law Awards Employer of Choice in 2023. I was awarded the Australian Legal Practice Management Association’s Executive of the Year in 2023 and a Finalist in the Women in Law Awards Executive of the Year 2023 and 2024. I am a proud member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Legal Innovation and Deputy Chair of the ALPMA Victorian Branch Committee. Through my membership of the FFV Tribunal, Managing Director of Moores and directorship of a small not for profit organisation, I relish the opportunity to bring my strategic thinking, leadership and governance skills to the table to enable community and people to thrive.
