Our construction business is undertaken by our subsidiaries, Texas Sterling Construction Co. and Road and Highway Builders, LLC. We are a leading heavy civil construction company that specializes in the building and reconstruction of transportation and water infrastructure in large and growing markets in Texas and Nevada. Our transportation infrastructure projects include highways, roads, bridges and light rail, and our water infrastructure projects include water, wastewater and storm drainage systems. We provide general contracting services primarily to public sector clients utilizing our own employees and equipment for activities including excavating, concrete and asphalt paving, pipe installation and concrete placement.
