Terry is a prominent freelance economic consultant who has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors in the capacity of project leader and economics/financial specialist for major mass transit and road infrastructure projects primarily in Australia and also in Indonesia (Surabaya,Yogyakarta, Bali, Banda Aceh, Palembang and Jakarta), Pakistan (Peshawar), Brunei, Kenya and Bangladesh.
