NPI, sustaining product for FATP, Component, China suppliers audit, technical support

1.Drive vendors for quality yield rate improvement. 2.Establish quality procedures PFMEA, Control plan, SOPs, Cosmetic inspection criteria as per Juul’s expectations. 3.Work with team to review DFM to eliminate potential major risk in design phase, identify and prevent mistakes or discrepancies before manufacturing. 4.Quality support and provide recommendations to product design, engineering, testing team on specification change. 5.Follow up with team on line qualification build, components trial run. 6.Work with suppliers for carrying out any changes on product ensure that all changes are documented and implemented correctly at CMs. 7.Work with other SQE team, component engineer team to handle any major cosmetic /dimensional failure for incoming parts at CMs. 8.Coordinate with Operation, Marketing, Distributor team on disposition if any quality issue occurred for selling product, make containment action for next step and initiate a SCAR to CM for improvement. 9.Conduct routine process audit at CM to eliminate quality risk existed, monitor suppliers and implement the correction for improvement.

Serve as a consultant to support Juul Labs

1.Work closely with CFT to ensure issue findings at EVT, DVT, PVT phase are addressed and in controlled. 2.Continuous improvement on yield rate by using quality tools DOE, MSA, implementing root cause analysis and FACA. 3.Work with SQE to review and monitor FAI submission sent from supplier, validate samples, dimension report, reliability test, material certification, etc. if selected supplier is qualified. 4.Provide technical support and methodology in FMEA, Control Plan, CTQ, Error Proofing to functional team. 5.Support Program team to review project readiness on Quality's portion, ensure related documentations are prepared and quality issues are addressed completely. 6.Work closely with internal Engineering team /Supplier /Customer to define and align quality inspection Spec on plastic parts, electronic parts, Display, PCBA,finished product etc. 7.Coordinate with Quality system team to implement internal audit, ensure relevant requirements for each clause are implemented and sustained before MP.

1.Work with team to dig out root cause on product failure and drive corrections for improvement. 2.Carry out failure investigation by using microscope, X-ray, cross section, dimensional measurement analysis with OMM, CMM as well as collecting data for analysis with GR&R, CPK. 3.Follow up on assembly fixture fabrication, verify if fixtures are workable and reliable in NPI and MP phase. 4.Monitor and maintain equipment calibration to ensure that equipment used meets the measurement standard. DFM, FMEA review with team before manufacturing to identify the risk for product. 5.Assist with Quality team to handle with customer complaints, work with team to provide FACA,
