I am not tentative about making change although I clearly understand the impact that change can have on others and the company. My focus continues to push towards the future with a minor focus on the current. While I am aware of the past and use those opportunities for development I do not dwell on it nor find it helpful in generating a new future. I am planful in generating new ideas and implementing change. It is important for me to clearly understand the opportunities and the impacts of change. * I have had the opportunity to serve in many roles in my years here at United Airlines. I am currently Responsible for all daily operations at United Airlines Denver hub. Detailed responsibilities includes employee management (Management and Represented), flight schedule management, techonology management, facilities layout, liaison with governmental organizations (FAA, TSA, City of Denver) and other assorted managerial responsibilities as required. * I have held numerous other leadership positions including: * Manager of Safety with responsibility for all facility and personnel safety issues. * Business Analyst supporting the stations $500 budget with responsibilities of personnel, facility and Capital cost: * Manager of Facility Maintenance which included managing a $90 M departmental budget.
