Manage all aspects of training in regards to BPM solutions. Work with customers and partners in defining programs for their BPM training needs. Deliver Savvion classes to all customers, partners, and internal staff.

* Defined technical and functional requirements for TBS business processes project in Clarity r12. * Configured business portlets and assisted in defining various processes for TBS's Business Process Methodology (BPM). * Performed analysis for Tier 2 support, trouble-shoot issues, provide solutions, and write queries for upper management reporting. * Trained domestic and international personnel on Clarity application using TBS's BPM.

Performed major upgrade project from Clarity r7.5.3 to r12 as a lead engineer of CA's GIS Clarity Implementation Team. Upgrade involved installation of Clarity in a Windows NT environment using an Oracle 10g database. Additional duties included delivering specific, detailed instructions on how to implement Clarity systems, scheduling delivery of system, and providing on-going support for 15,000+ users of Clarity applications. Consulted at a major financial investment firm providing configuration changes to the firm's existing Clarity r7.5.3 application. Taught technical Clarity boot camps and other formal training to system administrators, project managers, and technical support staff. This included installation of Clarity on IBM Websphere and BEA WebLogic platforms, building portlets and NSQL queries, and implementing a working customizable system to users. Provided guidance and assisted with written formal course material to support Clarity training. Also was instrumental in writing technical certification exams that are used worldwide.

Analyzed, designed, and provided Allfusion:2E coding to a Shipping and Warehousing system. Provided formal Allfusion:2E training to other members of the department instrumental in supporting various areas of the system written in Alffusion:2E.

Provided expertise as a business analyst in assisting them with re-engineering their current Strategic Information Management System and in supporting maintenance of existing code within the Retail and Merchandising / Supply Chain Systems Department. Developed Allfusion:2E training material and trained existing Java staff within the Logistics Department.

Managed all aspects of the training project plan including creating and managing a work plan, identifying and managing issues / risks, communicating training status to upper management and project managers, and managing resources. Analyzed training needs and developed organizational training programs to address needs based on process areas; leveraged existing and developed new templates for training design and development.

Provided clients with expertise in the design, code, and implementation of their computer applications written in Allfusion:2E on the IBM iSeries. Was instrumental in providing instructional material, design, and coding of a distribution management system for a major product company and its affiliates. Facilitated classroom training for users on this system.

Delivered formal training of LANSA software products to LANSA customers and staff. Developed, tested, and implemented a large application system using LANSA technology.

* Provided strategic direction and management of day-to-day activities for the education solutions business unit of the Web Development-CASE Tools Practice. * Worked with various business units within MarchFIRST in generating and closing education and mentoring opportunities * Hired, scheduled, and managed resources within the education practice. * Developed and enhanced overall quality of training materials, developed and instructed boot camp programs, and mentored / trained new instructors through train-the-trainer methods. * Conducted software training in Allfusion:2E and Allfusion:Plex for customers and developed and managed relationships and partnerships with alternate training vendors. * Maintained certification requirements for several software tools taught within the practice and assessed other software.

Provided technical leadership that spanned multiple facets in providing solutions to client-server and relational database management environments. Provided analysis for re-engineering the Michigan Supreme Court system in Allfusion:2E Instrumental in writing a feasibility study for a major insurance company, which led to Synon, Inc. obtaining a $3.5 million contract for re-engineering the company's existing extended warranty system in Allfusion:2E. Worked on the project for 15 months, which included successfully fulfilling analysis, design and construction of the claims, reinsurance and dealer billing application areas. Provided additional training in other technologies. Provided expertise in the migration of a customer's small financial system from Allfusion:2E to Allfusion:Plex. This involved working with a tool internally developed at Synon, Inc. to bridge customers who developed their systems in Allfusion:2E into Allfusion:Plex with minimum effort to re-write their system in Allfusion:Plex.

My career with Ernst & Young entailed working on several midrange system projects encompassing multiple technologies and programming languages. I was instrumental in the design and construction of an estimation pricing system for a major paper distributor. The system was constructed using RPG/400. I was also involved in the design and construction of a distribution system for a major retailer written in Advantage:2E. Also while working at Ernst & Young, I was responsible for the analysis, design and construction of an on-line telephone inquiry system for a non-profit organization written in RPG III.
